| Description |
The event will honor Meredith "Muffy" Greenough, deaf daughter of the late world-renowned opera singer Beverly Sills. The gala will be a fundraiser for the Camp Mark 7 Foundation. It is a deaf summer camp located in the Old Forge, NY. The gala is sponsoring the renovating of Camp Mark 7’s 100-year-old lodge with additional property to expand more programs; thus, the camp provides a second home to the campers. The expectations for this gala are high.
The event will feature mimes, jugglers, magicians and palm readings as well as rounds of 'Shooting Texas Hold 'Em.? Guests will have the exclusive opportunity to enjoy the panoramic night-time view of New York City while supporting a great cause. Highlights will be filmed by DeafNation, premier web magazine.
Interpreters will be provided.
