The Flower Garden, an art exhibition and celebration of community

The Flower Garden is an art exhibition featuring more than 65 pieces from 7 local artists on May 2nd curated by Valerie Bell-bey. Each piece will showcase the artist’s depiction of ’flowers,’ which may range from family and friends to tulips and roses depending on their individual visions. In addition to an art exhibition, The Flower Garden will also showcase author Marlen Bodden who will be on hand to sign copies of her first novel, The Wedding Gift. The event will also feature West Indian food by The Blue Nile as well as homemade goods, drinks, and live music by local musicians. In years past, this event has attracted more than 200 art lovers.
