Partners & Spade, Areaware, Billy Reid—the design, home and style cluster around Great Jones Street—may be small, but they're scrappy. And they're banding together on Saturday night with the symbolic launch of something called the NoHo Design District. For you that means DJ sets, wine, cheese and, yes, gourmet s'mores. Those are more than just symbolic.
