Bon Voyage Asmi!

Asmi International is heading to Liberia in December to train members of a locally-run NGO to offer drama and literacy classes to their constituents. Our partners in Liberia believe that literacy is the key to helping their country's youth gain meaningful employment and that through drama, people can find a sense of belonging and process their experiences of displacement and war. This event will be our final fundraising push to make sure we're all set for Liberia, and to get a head start on next year's project in Darfur.
