Many people are starting to recognize the many benefits of a vegan lifestyle for human health, the environment and animal welfare, but they are not sure what to eat, what to buy and how to cook it. The NYC Vegfest strives to provide the information and support that people need to adopt a healthy and human vegan lifestyle, and it's fun too.
