Wall & Water and Ruinart are pleased to announce the first of its kind Champagne dinner in partnership with Riedel Crystals at the Andaz Wall Street Hotel. The co-hosted dinner will take place on October 18th at 7pm at Wall & Water located at 75 Wall Street (corner of Wall and Water streets).
The hosts for the evening will be:

The evening will feature a decadent three-course dinner paired with delicate Champagne from Ruinart served in various Riedel Glassware. The unique event will not only be about the pairing of food and Champagne, but also the glassware in which the drinks are served. Each course will be a guided tour explaining the delicate flavors of the food and wine by Frederic Panaiotis as well as an explanation of how the chosen glassware and their shapes affect the flavor of the Champagne.
The Dinner menu & the Champagne pairing for the evening will be:
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs - Maine Sea Urchin with horseradish, egg and bread sauce
Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, 1998 - Grilled Swordfish with roasted parsnips, olives, mint, parsley, anchovies and capers
Ruinart Rose - Wall & Water’s Berry Crumble with Anglaise sauce
The pricing of the menu will be $180 per person, plus taxes & gratuity.
