Cut&Paste's 2nd Annual Digital Design Global Championship

Twenty nine digital designers from eight countries will compete in the world’s only live digital design tournament judged by key figures in the design community. Judges include acclaimed graphic artist Jon Burgerman , Dave Chau of Big Spaceship, Matthias Hollwich of Architizer, Cliff Kuang of Fast Company’s Co.Design, Victor Newman of Bionic, Matthew Waldman of Nooka, and Michael Waldron of nailgun*. These designers will work rapidly onstage to complete original works of design that usually take days or weeks to complete. Competitors all took honors in 2D, 3D, or Motion Design as the best in their field from ten Digital Design Competition tour stops around the world this past fall and will compete for the global crown in front of New York’s design community. The event kicks off with an open bar at 7pm hosted by MediaTemple with beats provided by DJ Ayres of the Rub. Advance tickets are available now for $15 at EventBrite.
