Dockers Waterside 2011 Season Launch Party

Dockers Waterside Restaurant & Marina on Dune Road in East Quogue, NY has set the date for their annual Season Launch Party which will be held on Saturday April 9, 2011 from 5pm until 7pm hosted by Hamptons Magazine and Zonin Prosecco. The event, which has been dubbed, " The Spring Event of the Season", has become to many, the opening of the Hamptons. The party will be held in their heated tent and will feature complimentary wine, prosecco and hors d’oeuvres prepared by the restaurant's Executive Chef, Scott Hastings. A cash bar will also be available as well as dancing to the live entertainment provided by Leah Laurenti Band from 5pm - 7pm in the heated garden tent followed by Paul Mahos & New Life Crisis from 7:30pm - Midnight on the Deck.
