Join Top Chef winner Harold Dieterle and chef de cuisine Garrett McMahan as they pay homage to their German roots with a one-time-only, seven-course menu of their favorite German dishes paired with organic German wines. Both chefs will explain their long-time relationship with German food and how the cuisine has influenced their cooking. Featured dishes will include brisket and sauerkraut knockwurst, milk-fed veal Wiener schnitzel, Sweetbreads, sauerbraten and braised red cabbage and for dessert, apple and rhubarb strudel.
