The Junior Committee of Inner-City Scholarship Fund (ICSF) will host its annual spring benefit Friday, April 29th, at Atop Manhattan at the Mutual of America building, 320 Park Avenue (at 51st Street) from 7:00 to 10:00 PM. ICSF is the city’s leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing tuition assistance for students from low-income families.
In honor of the majestic theme, a tribute to the royal wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middelton taking place the same day, guests will enjoy a regal evening of top shelf cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, a dinner buffet, silent auction and raffle including a five-day four-night trip to Turks & Caicos.
All of the night’s proceeds will benefit the ICSF Junior Committee’s commitment to providing inner-city boys and girls with enriching academic experiences. The Junior Committee, made up of young professionals under the age of forty, complements the financial support of ICSF through hands-on activities in ICSF schools. The committee’s programs include monthly trips to New York City cultural institutions, tutoring, sports leagues, and annual holiday parties.
Inner-City Scholarship Fund supports more than 33,000 students (94% minority and 36% non-Catholic) in 103 inner-city Catholic schools in Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island. 99% percent of ICSF high school seniors graduate and 95% go on to college.
Individual ticket prices start at $75. For ticket or sponsorship information please visit: http://icsf-nyc.org
