Friends, family, and partners of Deafness Research Foundation will be joined by special guest Eve Chalom, a two-time ice dancing national silver medalist for a day of family fun and skating at City Ice Pavilion. Chalom, who lives with substantial hearing loss, having lost most of her hearing in both ears after a childhood accident, will perform during the benefit.
The benefit will feature activities for the entire family, including skating, hot chocolate, and cupcakes, followed by a special live performance by famed ice dance company Ice Theater of New York.
Proceeds will benefit the Deafness Research Foundation (DRF), whose mission is to attain a lifetime of healthy hearing and balance through quality research, education, and advocacy. Since its founding in 1958, DRF has awarded approximately 2,000 research grants, totaling over $26 million.
TICKETS: $65 per child ages 2 -17; $100 per adult; $250 for a family of 4, which includes access to the benefit, skate rental, and food. To reserve your ticket(s), please call (212) 328-9518.
