Following last months debut exhibit Master Class, W Times Square’s Drawing Inspiration fashion illustration series continues with Ladies of the Night. The second in W Times Square’s three-month series, April’s stunning exhibition curated by FIT Associate Professor of Illustration Karen Santry will feature work by both FIT faculty and students. Drawing Inspiration: Ladies of the Night celebrates the beauty and power of the female form specifically focusing on her fashion. The exhibit includes work by renowned FIT Professor Steven Stipelman, as well as pieces by a gifted group of FIT students majoring in Fashion Illustration: Cristel Schoen, Kayla Burdon, Mara Cespon, Meagan Morrison, and James Skarbek.The exhibit will debut on Wednesday, April 6 when W Times Square will host a private launch party with complimentary cocktails and music courtesy of DJ Bouji. Drawing Inspiration: Ladies of the Night will remain on display and open to the public through May 3.
