Broadway performers and NYC recording artists will sing at ”˜’Living Proof,’’ a benefit concert ’to honor the lives lost by tragic gay teen suicides,”˜’ on Sunday, Jan 16th 2011, at 9:30 p.m. at the Ritz, 369 W 46th St btwn 8th and 9th, NYC
The lineup will include Mykal Kilgore (”˜’Hair’’), Wendy Fox (We Will Rock You), Dionne Figgins and Danyelle Williamson (both from ”˜’Memphis’’) and they’ll be joined by New York recording artists Adam Joseph, Lea Lorien, and Paul Alexander.
Neil Totton, in association with Kaptinik Productions, is producing the 90-minute concert with Trevor Allen serving as music director.
The suggested donation is $10 and all proceeds will go to the Trevor Project and Live Out Loud, two organizations that help gay youth.
