Chelsea Market, Dickson’s Farmstand Meats, and The Cleaver Company are proud to announce the first annual NY Chilifest. The ultimate celebration of chili, beer, and all things spicy will be taking over one of New York’s culinary destinations, Chelsea Market, on January 30, 2011 from 4-8 PM.
As part of the festivities, ticketholders get to navigate their way through the market’s 500-foot sampling chilis from over 20 of NYC’s best restaurants and chefs. All participating chefs will be competing for the Golden Chili Mug 2011 title and the $2,000 cash prize.
