The East Harlem International Film Festival (EHIFF) will feature over 42 films during a 5-day period from June 1-5, 2011 in East Harlem, New York. The films that have been selected for this year’s festival are broadly international and hail from as far away as China, India, Russia, South America, The Caribbean, and as local as East Harlem. EHIFF 2011 has three categories: Narrative Features, Documentary Features and Short Films. All entries are entered into a competition and judged by people in the entertainment industry. The award ceremony will take place on Sunday, June 5th at Piatto D’Oro, an Italian Restaurant located in East Harlem.
