An Event to Give a Child a Chance to Read in Liberia

On March 5th, 2011, One Moore Book, a company that publishes culturally sensitive and educational children’s books will host an art exhibit to celebrate the release of the first cycle of books. The event will give guests an opportunity learn more about the company's inception and history, review the books, and more importantly to GIVE BACK!!! The suggested donation for this event is a miniscule 20 bucks...!!! For this, you get to choose one of the books from the first cycle to take home or re-donate to a child; taste some delicious Liberian jollof rice, enjoy an open wine bar while listening to some live music. So...skip the caramel macchiato at Starbucks for one week and give a child a chance to read!
