| Description |
World-renowned chef and father of modern French cuisine Paul Bocuse will be honored as Chef of the Century. Daniel Boulud, chef/owner of Daniel, Café Boulud, DB Bistro Moderne, and DBGB Kitchen and Bar will be honored as Chef of the Year. Jerome Bocuse, Paul's son and vice-president of operations at Les Chefs de France at Disney's Epcot Center, will be honored along with Michael Chiarello, chef/owner/founder of Bottega Restaurant, NapaStyle, and the Chiarello Family Vineyards as Alumni of the Year. Richard Marriott, chairman of the board of Host Hotels & Resorts, will be honored with the Frances L. Roth Award.
Funds raised from the Gala support the scholarship funds for CIA students.
