In honor of National Peanut Month, Lee Zalben, founder and president of Peanut Butter & Co, has launched The Nutropolitan Museum of Art, a pop-up art gallery completely devoted to the beloved peanut butter sandwich. All photos will be available for purchase with proceeds from the sales being donated to the Food Bank for New York City.
