The Junior Committee of The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children is gathering for a wonderful evening of cocktails and hors d'oeuvres to be held at The Empire Room on the ground floor of the Empire State Building. There will also be a silent auction featuring items from J. Chew Porcelain, Sport Time at Randall’s Island, dinner at Betel and more.
