for a seasonal five-course menu.

Chef David Gonzalez - Maya.
Tequila Librarian Courtenay Greenleaf - La Biblioteca.
Mitchell Merl - Avion Tequila.
Some dishes to be served include Butternut Squash Soup, Pan Seared Red Snapper, and Grilled Lamb Chops, all paired with a classic Avion tequila.
Dinner is $75 per guest.
