TOCA NYC brings you the monthly "Toca Cielo" party the last Friday of every month. We are a Brazilian Inspired Tech House party that is layered with performers and different themes that take everyone by surprise. Our over the top themes and hard core dancing crowd have awarded us one of the top underground parties in the NYC club scene. This month is the "Hatter's Ball", so if you are over the top, you will fit right in. We keep the house music hot, hard, and tribal with Philidelphia's own DJ's Mia Dangerfield and Terreyl Kirton, along with the Alé Alé drummers bringing you live percussion along with the #1 sound system in NYC. And look out for the sizzling Samba dancer, live canvas painting in the backyard, and free body painting for your pleasure.
Always mention "Toca" @ door/register to get reduced tickets. 21 years and older. No drugs allowed. Take the A,C,E, or L train to 14st and 8th Ave stop and walk a few blocks to the West to Meat Packing District.
Some of our crazy themes in the past have included Crazy Circus, AlieNation, Grease, Yellow Hawaii, Polka Dots Stripes and Checks Fetish Edition, where you could run into snake dancers, hula hoopers, jugglers, photo-booth,burlesque performers, contortionist, Hawaiian dancers,and the list goes on.
