TriBeCa, New York- On October 15th, for one night only, a raw space in Splashlight Studios will be transformed into sensorial mecca by a panel of artists for the first annual ¿½Culinary Symphony¿½ hosted to benefit the Creative Moments Organization.
Creative Moments Organization is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing every child with the opportunity to learn, express, and develop through creative processes. The idea of the gala is to combine different creative means into one mesmerizing event to show that nothing has only - one- way to be done and that creativity and imagination is endless.
Attendees will be whisked into the imaginative experience upon arrival; welcomed with a glass of Cuvee D¿½ Or, dripping of gold, literally. The cocktail hour, hosted by Double Cross Vodka, will tantalize interest for all with items ranging from Yankee box seats to Dior.
Sculptor, Tom Holmes transcends the concept of ¿½plating¿½ with various instillations sustaining the individual culinary masterpieces created by the chef. Jesus Nunez, known as one of Madrid¿½s best chefs and owner of Gastroarte in New York, centers his cooking method around art and architecture, rather than the food.
In spring 2011 the creative bureau Arsenic 9 conceptualized ¿½Once Upon a Time in TriBeCa¿½ featuring the kids mimicking their parents lifestyle in the unique community of Tribeca. Photographer, Philippe Reynaud manifested this awe-inspiring photo series and donated the collection to the conception of CMO.
The final treat is a solo performance by internationally celebrated violinist Alexander Markov. As the composer of ¿½Rock Opera¿½ he takes his musical journey far beyond his activity as a violinist. His vision is to bridge the gap between classical and rock audiences and manifested to intrigue interest of a younger audience.
Transcend from the mundane. Even just for one creative moment.
