The Girl Scouts of Greater New York will celebrate its 19th Annual Women of Distinction Breakfast on Thursday, October 27, 2011, by honoring five remarkable women: Sharon Bush, Founder and CEO, Teddy Share; Lauren Bush Lauren, CEO, Creative Director, Co-Founder FEED Projects LLC; Beth McCabe, VP/Director, Social Marketing and Technology, Digitas; Ranjini Pillay, Senior Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer (Property & Casualty), Global Risk Solutions, Chartis; and Ann Shoket, Editor-in-Chief, Seventeen Magazine. Deborah Norville will serve as Mistress of Ceremonies. Cheryl L. Swiatkowski is the Breakfast Chair. The Women of Distinction Breakfast begins promptly at 7:30 AM in the Grand Ballroom of The Waldorf=Astoria located on 301 Park Avenue at 50th Street. Tickets are priced at $150 and above.
