| Description |
NTD Television brings you the third annual Chinese International Violin Competition at the Kaufman Center, this October 29 and 31. The cream of Chinese violinists from around the world will perform required repertoire, including pieces from classical composers such as Bach, Beethoven, Paganini, Mozart, and a Chinese piece especially commissioned for this year’s competition, titled "Dedu"
Gold Award: US$5,000 and a hand-made violin made by renowned Asian violinmaker Su Ding Hsuan.
