Risd Wooly Ball: a costume dance party

The New York Alumni of Rhode Island School of Design will host the RISD Wooly Ball on Thursday October 27, 2011 at the Woolworth Building beginning at 9pm. The Wooly Ball is an alumni resurrection and translation of the fantastic Artists¿½ Ball held annually at Rhode Island School of Design. Costumed guests, including artists and designers from the New York community, will showcase their talent for adorning themselves with ghoulish garment creations while enjoying the ambience created by the video decorator Geoff Matters and DJs Alvin Aaronson, Christopher Wade, and Clickbeatle. A privately sponsored bar and light fare will be provided. Come as someone(thing?) other than yourself!
