Safe Horizon's Junior Council hosts a spirited celebration of the season to benefit children, individuals, and families affected by crime and abuse. Come in costume to attend the festivities in support of Safe Horizon's hotlines, shelters, court and community programs, and other services that help victims move from crisis to confidence. The best costume also gets an award!

by Fly Ly and Ryan Notes at 9:30pm.
