On September 28th 2011 from 8-11pm The Red Bull Space (40 Thompson Street at Watts in NYC) will host a benefit multimedia art exhibit with sculptures by Haitian wunderkind Alex Louis, Wilfredo Morel & Atis Rezistans, photography by Ford model & Executive Director of Art in Motion, Monica Watkins, and renowned Haitian photographer Daniel Morel, a reading by Carvens Lissaint, a short film premier and live Skype chat to Haiti, and performances by ADM, Olamide Faison, Patrick Cannell, Stay Conscious, and headliner Rappers’ Delight (formerly known as Sugarhill Gang) to empower Haitian youth through the development of their emerging musical talents.
