The BrazilFoundation IX Annual Gala will be held at the New York Public Library, the renowned New York landmark celebrating its centennial this year. As 2011 is the International Year of Forests, this year's gala will underscore how Brazil's economic growth and international prominence must walk hand in hand with a deep sense of responsibility for the use of its natural resources and for the development of its people.
