A unique two day Chinese Culinary Competition and The Emperor’s Banquet, presented by New Tang Dynasty TV - This event is designed to showcase the skills and artistry of Master Chefs from around the world. Chefs will cook in spectacular open air mobile kitchens in front of a live audience and TV crews in the heart of New York city, transforming Times
Square into the "kitchen stadium" of Chang'an city, the ancient Tang Dynasty capital of China. Celebrities and renowned chefs will participate in the closing ’Quickfire Challenge.’ The winners of the competition will prepare a sumptuous 10 course feast, featuring the best dishes of each of the five major Chinese cuisines for The Emperor’s Banquet in celebration of NTD’s tenth year anniversary.
