With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, I began to wonder about all the saints’ days that pass by unobserved and under-celebrated. Sure, we are big fans of St. Valentine and St. Nicholas, and we all call on St. Anthony from time to time when we lose our cell phone, keys, memory or dignity – but there are so many other saints in the sea that offer ample reason to make merry.
