With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, I began to wonder about all the saints’ days that pass by unobserved and under-celebrated. Sure, we are big fans of St. Valentine and St. Nicholas, and we all call on St. Anthony from time to time  when we lose our cell phone, keys, memory or dignity – but there are so many other saints in the sea that offer ample reason to make merry. Sometimes, a girl has just got to look to a saint for inspiration (and justification) for her drinking and playing habits. Here’s a sample of some saints you could toast to year round.
