Yikes. Heidi and Spencer went out in West Hollywood today, and they called the paparazzi before hand of course. However, WHAT IN THE WORLD is Heidi wearing on HER FEET!? PLATFORM SNEAKERS? We can't think of a worse trend to try and start Spring off with.
