Kelly Osbourne kept things interesting for herself by shooting a water gun at paparazzi, while LeAnn Rimes and Rachel Bilson ran errands in LA wearing nearly identical outfits.Everyone seems to be having a good week, except for Jessica Simpson, who looked positively morose last night on her way to stylist Ken Paves' birthday party.
