From the beginning I could tell this was going to be Lindsays attempt at a hipster hedonistic video-- wasn't done well. Why did she decide to do this in the first place? She really needs to stop-- and do a good detox!

I think all the negative reactions to this film are really just reactions to Lindsay. She's got no cachet left. No one really respects her, so everyone views this as simply another example of her being trashy or out-of-control or making bad life choices. I think if the same video were made with a more well-respected actress, everyone would be talking about how edgy or cool or hip she was. At the least, they would say she was daring or willing to take a risk.
