It Involves A Ski Accident
This week, Gwyneth is appearing in court in Park City, Utah, where an alleged ski-and-run collision took place back in 2016. The actress and wellness guru is being sued by one Terry Sanderson, a 76-year-old retiree who claims that she crashed into him on the slopes at the posh Deer Valley resort while skiing "recklessly" and continued on down the mountain afterwards.
At a press conference, Terry said he "heard this hysterical scream like you never hear on a ski run...like King Kong came out of the jungle or something," before getting struck down.
