Bill Powers: Married Man
-In his first year at Blackbook, Powers also interviewed fashion designer Cynthia Rowley, who would later become his wife.
-The pair married in 2005 at the home of photographer Peter Beard.
-Their daughter, Gigi Clementine, was also born in 2005.
In an interview with Michigan Avenue, Rowley stated:
“We did it all backwards... We met, dated, had a baby, and bought a house. Then we went on a romantic honeymoonlike trip and he popped the question at the Taj Mahal. The very last thing we did was get married.”
