Born on January 20, 1950 in Mantua Italy, Sozzani has been writing in the fashion industry since 1980 beginning at Vogue Bambini. In 1988 she made her way over to Vogue Italia and has yet to leave. She was appointed Editori-in-Chief in 1994.
