Tinsley Mortimer's best accessory isn't  her self-designed handbags that are flying off the shelves over in Japan.  It's her husband, Topper. Though there may have been speculations in the past of some rocky roads (who doesn't have rough spots), it has become increasingly clear that Topper is still adamantly in love with his high school (Lawrenceville) sweetheart Tinsley.  This once shy guy is showing up to support his wife at more events around town, and, is even trying his hand at playing host with the guys (at last night's Libertine opening party).
