Simon Kneen, Banana Republic's creative director, threw a dinner on Tuesday night for the line's Summer 2010 collection. Guests at the Indochine dinner included Amanda Hearst, Meredith Melling Burke, Stefano Tonchi, Zanna Roberts, and Amy Sacco. According to Kneen, the collection, which has a lot of deep denim blues, is inspired by the American sky.
