[All photos by WILL RAGOZZINO for PMc]. Last night "In Stitches" opened at the Leila Taghinia-Milani Gallery. Curator Beth Rudin DeWoody, a board member of the Whitney Museum, BAM and the New School; joined guests including Yaz Hernandez, Bob Colacello and Gabriel Byrne. -
This latest exhibition, showing through December 19th, explores the use of stitching and thread in contemporary art. Featured pieces include a hair suit from Pooneh Maghazehe, as well as works from Joseph Heidecker, Julia Mandle and Gulay Semercioglu.
