Jorinde Voigt, a German born artist, held her opening reception on Thursday at David Nolan Gallery. Voigt's work is unique as it merges architecture, science, and art together.
The pieces display mathematical subjects on large format drawings as well as through installations. Guests gathered at the David Nolan Gallery, located in Chelsea, to celebrate a range of Voigt's works from 2008-2012. This is Voigt's first exhibition in the United States.
Jorinde Voigt's exhibition opened on Thursday, March 8th, and will continue until April 28th.
