Even though Jessica Simpson recently announced that her own dental hygiene is less than perfect - "I just use Listerine, and sometimes I'll use my sweater!" - she is a huge supporter of Operation Smile. Jessica, along with many other celebs, stepped out at Cipriani Wall Street last night for the cause.-

Tinsley and Olivia Palermo rocked one-shouldered minidresses while posing for the cameras. Lydia Hearst looked hippie chic with a wrap around headband and ethereal dress.

The main focus of the gala, though, was the children - Jessica walked down the carpet with Smile patient Meena, whose cleft lip was fixed thanks to the charity.

Paul Johnson Calderon, Dabney Mercer, Vanessa Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Stephanie March also attended.
