[All photos by Chance Yeh for PMc] Miami nightlife fixture Eric Milon is giving NYC another go after that whole Mansion disaster with a new Midtown lounge: Covet.

Milon has transformed the former Azza space into his latest vision. Covet is described as a "chic upscale restaurant and cocktail lounge offering guests a modern and elegant escape from the hustle and bustle of Midtown Manhattan."

Opening night was a dual festivity: the fete also celebrated Assouline's George Lois: The Esquire Covers @ MoMA (which we covered a while back...).

As George Lois autographed copies of his book, guests like Devorah Rose and Caitlin Moe sipped cocktails while checking out what might become the newest hotspot.
