On Saturday, New York Times Bestselling author and attorney Mark W. Smith and his partners Tim Valliere and Noelle Kowalczyk hosted a toast to The Humane Society of New York at District 36.

This year marks the 5th year the event has taken place in New York. The charity was celebrated with food by Andrea Correale of Elegant Affairs and boasted an array of celebrity pooches in attendance. All of the dogs available for adoption found homes including the canine star of the night, Wilbur the Pomeranian from the HSNY.
