The new tattoo shop, Wooster Street Social Club, held its grand opening party last night pulling out fashion designer Yigal Azrouel, and 90210's Shenae Grimes amongst other ink enthusiasts. Some of the best artists in the city have been brought in to run the 4,600-square-foot store, which serves as the focal point of the upcoming TLC reality show NY Ink.  Get that dragon tat you've always wanted and your fifteen minutes of fame, simultaneously. Socialite and Avenue editor Peter Davis got work done.

Run by artist Ami James, the store employs 30 people and features a vintage-industrial look with 12 work stations, authentic 1940s machinist tables and antique window fixtures from the Flatiron Building. Shepard Fairey, Audrey Kawasaki, Ian Francis, and Antony Micallef are just a few of the artist whose work hangs on the walls. There is also a boxing ring perfect for letting out some aggression.
