Last night, The Sky Room at The New Museum played host to the launch party for Zinke Intimates's new swimwear line.
Sisters Arin Robinson and Jessie Zinke, the designers of Zinke Intimates, were on hand at the event to talk about the new swim collection, which was inspired by both the swinging '60s and the "quintessential summer camp." Guests were treated to beachy cocktails and bites by City Bakery with '60s surf and electronica music spun by Justine D.
Like the lingerie brand, the items in the swim collection are meant to be mixed-and-matched, and featured pastels and geometric prints on bandeaus, corset tops, plunging maillots, swingy dresses, and ruffled bikinis. The models were accessorized with jewelry by Sandy Hyun Jewelry, shoes from Loeffler Randall, sunglasses from Waiting for the Sun, and wooden visors by Nikki Giling.
