Yesterday, American Airlines made history, and became the first to offer internet access on domestic flights (it's still mind boggling to me that it took this long to get wi-fi on airplanes). For $12.95 you can log onto "gogo" wireless on your flights from New York and San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles, and New York and Miami. Expect this to just be the beginning of a wider trend in airline travel.
Perfect. Now, the only time I can truly have an excuse to not be working on my computer has been taken away from me. I'm not sure this is exciting news after all. Wait a minute, it will be YEARS until they get this service on flights to Omaha....I think I'm okay for now.
