On one of my first days as an intern, I wandered to Spring St. away from our lovely office to go grab some lunch. So, I walk into what I assumed to be a sushi restaurant, Rice to Riches, and was surprised to see an entire store full of rice pudding! There were over 20 different flavors! What an obscure dessert to have 20 flavors of, right? I thought, "only in New York." Long story short, I went back and told my other fellow intern and all she could do was gush about how good it was. So my mission this weekend is to try it out. But really? A store dedicated to rice pudding? I'm still a little skeptic. I guess we'll see!

Somebody! Quick! Help out those interns! Before they wander farther into run-on-scentence land. And I thought, "only in high school!"

had the same reaction until I tried the chocolate chip rice pudding...I could happily eat that and that alone for the rest of my life and be content.

That place has been there for years. I think it'll do ok despite the pink berry next door. My favorite thing about it are the spoons. Seriously.
