[All photos by Chance Yeh for PMc] Cynthia Rowley celebrated the launch of her Roxy line yesterday at CO-OP Barneys New York. The line includes everything from wetsuits and hoodies to pencil skirts and ballet flats, for the most surfer girl.-

Guests at the event included fellow surfer/designer Tracy Feith, Katie Lee, Jim Shi, Mickey Boardman, Carol Han, Meredith Melling Burke, DJ Nick Cohen, and Rowley's husband, Bill Powers. New York seems like an odd location for a Roxy launch, but now Manhattanites can stock up on summer gear before dispersing to greener pastures oceans this summer.
