New Sponsors, New Designers

The CFDA's new sponsorships, and new location will certainly bring in a different atmosphere of the Fashion Week we used to know, but one change that we're excited to see play out is the rotation of designers that've signed on to be a part of the first ever NYFW: Men's. From staple brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Michael Kors to some of our favorites including Timo Weiland, Michael Bastian, Tim Coppens and Greg Lauren, the CFDA has signed on an all-star lineup of shows with some of the biggest fashion houses participating. However, certain notables including J.Crew and Banana Republic have still opted to show their men's and women's collections together in September. Emerging designers such as Brookyn-based Cadet (who showed early at Cadillac's NY Men's Day), N.Hoolywood and Detroit based, deTROIT have also joined the lineup for the inaugural season.
