Marc Jacobs debuted his Fall '09 Collection Monday night at the NY State Armory. And @papermag twittered "MJ showed 60 looks in just 10 minutes and started the show 2 minutes early"...Gasp! That's right, the designer known for being not just fashionably late, but insanely tardy, kicked it off early this year. MJ took the lucky 700 fashionistas with an invite on a swift journey back to the eighties with a bad-ass twist mixing bright neons, high-waisted pleated denim, Grace Jones-esque over sized shades, hoods, and shoulder pads, floral prints, and mile high up-dos to die for.

More photos from this event below...Guests included Anna Wintour, Andre Leon Talley, Lorenzo Martone, Simon Doonan, Rachel Zoe, Bryan Boy, Bee Shaffer, Cecelia Dean, Cindi Leive, Carine Roitfeld, Grace Coddington, Suchin Pak, Casey Kenyon, Derek Blasberg, and many more.
